We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number in it once the package is shipped. You can also track your order via this page. (It might take 1 to 3 days for the tracking number to become effective)

If you purchase directly from our website, we will ship the products from our local warehouses in the US, EU & Japan via our cooperated carriers.

We cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
