• Are there any clothes that cannot be dried?
Please avoid using the dryer for the following items to prevent damage, deformation of clothes, or product malfunction:
Items labeled to avoid dryer use, tights, leather/fur products, items with adhesives, items with embroidery/lace, waterproof items, cushions/pillows using cotton/sponge/beads, mattresses, etc.

• Can items with metal, such as jeans or bras, be used?
Clothes with small amounts of metal such as metal buttons, metal zippers, metal accessories, will not affect product usage. However, pure metal cannot be dried.

• How loud is the operation noise?
When Morus C1 is approximately 1 meter away, it generates an operational noise of around 50 to 54 dB (according to our research). As a reference, this noise level is similar to a household air conditioner's outdoor unit.

• It mentions vacuum drying, but what is the actual level of vacuum (in mmHg)?
The internal pressure is dynamically adjusted during drying by program control and fluctuates within the range of approximately 10 to 150 mmHg.

• How much power does the dryer consume?
The voltage and power of Morus C1 are as follows:
Rated voltage: 100-120V
Rated power: 1100W-1300W
Note: Depending on the wiring conditions, there may be voltage fluctuations that could cause flickering of the lighting. Please be aware.

• If mainly drying face towels, how many can be dried at maximum?
The weight of towels varies depending on fabric, size, and moisture content, but typically, you can dry around 8 to 10 towels at once.
To prevent malfunctions due to overloading, please ensure towels are adequately spun-dried in the washing machine before placing them in the dryer.

• With conventional washer-dryer machines, clothes tend to shrink. Does this happen with Morus C1?
Morus C1 maintains lower drying temperatures and faster drying speeds compared to conventional dryers, thus reducing the occurrence of shrinkage.
However, the exact degree of shrinkage depends significantly on the fabric, so please refer to the laundry label or manual.

• How much space and gaps are needed for placement?
For the installation of Morus C1, the recommended space requirements are as follows:
Top: 50 cm or more
Front: 50 cm or more
Back: 15 cm or more
Left and Right: 10 cm or more

• How long does it take to dry up to 1.5 kg of laundry with the Smart Course?
The drying time varies depending on the material, but typically, drying 1.5 kg of laundry (such as a general T-shirt) using the Smart Course takes about 35 to 50 minutes.

• Will the clothes get wrinkled if I don't take them out immediately?
When the drying cycle ends, the Fluffy Keep function activates automatically, and the drum rotates for about 30 seconds every 5 minutes. This can continue for up to 3 hours until you open the door.
However, since the drying is complete, it's recommended to remove the clothes as soon as possible.

• Does the room get hot in summer due to the dryer's heat?
The heat emitted from the back of the Morus C1 varies depending on the selected course and ambient temperature, typically ranging from 40 to 50 degrees Celsius.
The Refresh Course emits heat closer to room temperature, reducing the potential for room heating.

• What temperature range can be set?
The drying temperature is automatically set based on the selected course, and manual temperature selection is not possible.
The minimum temperature for modes is 45 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature is 65 degrees Celsius.

Please reduce the amount of laundry.

What are dryer balls? How do you use them?
Dryer balls made from 100% New Zealand sheep wool (set of 6) can be placed in Morus C1 along with clothes to reduce drying time by approximately 15%. Additionally, dryer balls can fluff clothes and eliminate the need for fabric softener. They are reusable for over 1,000 times, making them wallet-friendly!

Can it connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi?
It does not support Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections.

If it malfunctions several years after purchase, can it be repaired?
You can avail of a free warranty if the product malfunctions within 1 year of purchase. If any issues arise during or after the warranty period, please contact our support center at support@morus.com.
